Rashim has had a vast exposure as a Corporate & Legal Professional for the past 15+ years. He has extensively worked on Contract Drafting, Review & Negotiations (Hardware/Software Licensing, IoT, IR business, SAAS, MSAs, NDAs, Vendor Contracts, E-Commerce, Employment Contracts, Lease Deeds etc). Additionally, he has also provided support for transaction advisory services including preparation of funding documents, joint venture & shareholder agreements etc. .). He has good hands on experience in handling Corporate Secretarial, Statutory Compliances & Legal approvals.
He conducts training sessions on FCPA and Ethics. Before joining Apex Counsel, Rashim held key legal positions at leading multinational corporations, including Oracle, Accenture, and Teleperformance, bringing a wealth of industry knowledge and global best practices to his role.His strategic insights and legal expertise play a pivotal role in driving Apex Counsel’s growth and ensuring compliance in a dynamic business landscape.
Sachin Gupta
With over 20 years of expertise, Sachin is a seasoned legal professional specializing in direct (Income Tax) and indirect taxation (Goods & Services Tax) for individuals and mid-sized corporations. His deep understanding of taxation laws, coupled with extensive experience in statutory compliance, makes him a trusted advisor in the field.
Beyond taxation, Sachin has a strong background in accounting and financial reporting. He has been actively involved in the preparation of Financial Statements, Annual Reports, Consolidated Financial Statements, Cash Flow Statements, Capital Adequacy Ratios, and regulatory disclosures. His meticulous approach ensures accuracy, compliance, and financial transparency for businesses.
Pratap Singh
With over 25 years of experience, Pratap Singh specializes in payroll management, labor law compliance, and statutory regulations, including Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, Labour Welfare Fund, Contract Labour Regulation, Shop & Establishment, Minimum Wages, Gratuity, Tax Deduction at Source, and tax exemptions.He is adept at drafting employment contracts, conducting background verifications, filing statutory returns, and auditing compliance records.Before joining Apex Counsel, he held key legal and HR roles at ATS Services Pvt. Ltd. and Jumpstart Insurance Consultants Ltd.
Sangam Singh
Sangam is an experienced legal professional and has worked extensively with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities/bodies for Compliances, Licenses and Permits. Sangam has a good expertise in liasioning with various Regulatory Bodies and obtaining approvals with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Income Tax Department, Goods & Service Tax Department, Excise and Custom Department. Additionally, She has a strong acumen in Industrial Licensing, Incorporation and structuring of various forms of business organizations. She also specializes in POSH & Employment Law Compliances.
